Delivery of artwork:

Artwork with a delivery address in Bristol and surrounding area’s can be hand delivered at no extra cost or collected from the artist’s studio.

Due to the differing size, weight and value of an artwork, courier costs are calculated individually and invoiced separately. The invoice will be emailed to the customer after an artwork purchase or can be quoted prior to artwork payment - please note that on payment the option ‘Artwork Courier £0.00’ will show. Each artwork is securely packaged and insured accordingly. Artworks can be shipped within the UK and internationally and tracked via the courier company. Customers can alternatively arrange their own collection/courier.

Giclee print delivery is via a commercial courier/Royal Mail. If you live in Bristol and would like to collect it from my studio please contact me below to arrange and I will refund the cost of postage to you.

Returning an artwork:

Returns can be accepted within 7 days of receiving an artwork at the customer’s address. Returns will only be accepted if no damage to any part of the painting or frame has occurred whilst at the recipient’s address (see below for damage in transit). The customer is to organise and pay for the return (with the same packaging as received or ensuring the packaging is as sufficient) via the same courier used by the artist.

The artist cannot accept any responsibility for the artwork whilst it is in transit, however all artwork is fully insured with an excess charge. In the rare circumstance a claim might have to be made, the customer is responsible for paying the excess charge (the cost of which will be communicated when invoiced).

A full refund will be paid to the customer upon receipt of the artwork if in the same condition it was as sold. The artist will inform the customer if any blemishes or marks already exist on any part of an artwork/frame prior to sending.
